August 22-23: “BARRIO DAZE” Live Recordings

Minority communities everywhere are under attack.

In the one-man comedy "Barrio Daze,” the ‘hood strikes back.

For TWO NIGHTS ONLY, the Latino Comedy Project presents in collaboration with our good friends at ProFor Studios a SPECIAL LIVE PERFORMANCE RECORDING of LCP Artistic Director Adrian Villegas’ critically-acclaimed solo comedy “Barrio Daze."

"Barrio Daze" tells the story of a fateful Election Day in the barrio through the lives of nine very different characters, all vividly portrayed by Adrian Villegas — from a homeless borrachón to a Mexican-American senatorial candidate running an underdog campaign against a racist good 'ol boy opponent.

More timely than ever, "Barrio Daze" is a hilarious and unforgettable portrait of Latino life in America, offering a message of defiance and uplift to a community and country under siege.

These ”Barrio Daze” performances will be recorded for eventual broadcast, and we want our most loyal, enthusiastic and longtime fans there to experience it with us in ProFor’s beautiful, fully-loaded state-of-the-art studio. It’ll be a one-of-a-kind experience!

Seating will be limited for this very special engagement, so get your tickets now!
